A Message from Brian MacLean
Today, we announced that Bill Cunningham has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Business Insurance, leading the company's Business Insurance segment effective March 1. Bill will succeed John Albano following John’s decision to take on a part time role at Travelers so he can pursue outside interests.

I am also pleased to announce that Michael Klein will be promoted to President of Middle Market in Business Insurance. Michael has experience leading most of the businesses comprising Middle Market, including Excess Casualty, Global Underwriting, Oil & Gas, Public Sector Services, Technology and, most recently, Commercial Accounts, where he has served as President since September of 2007. Through his experience with the businesses, Michael has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills.
